At IndianCraftsByKanika, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade creations. Each product is carefully inspected before it reaches you. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1.  Returns and Exchange
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
A return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Minor color or texture variations in handcrafted items (as they are natural and unique)
2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Shipping
Return shipping is to be arranged by the seller 
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
Once the item is shipped or customized, cancellation is not possible.
